ReviewSpecification

This grill is impressive right out of the box, with customers commenting that is positively scream quality. The unit is solidly built from high quality components, but is not overly heavy for carrying around, and customers were impressed with the aesthetic qualities of Weber’s design.

People were very impressed with the porcelain coated cast iron grill-racks, and stated that they were a huge bonus to have with this unit, the advantage being the heat retention properties of cast iron.

People were also impressed with the comprehensive instruction manual that comes with the unit. Featuring full, clear set up and dismantling instructions, maintenance schedule, and a whole range of recipes to get you cooking. Customers reported being set up and ready to go in under ten minutes.

Cooking on the Weber Q100

This grill boasts ample space to cook for a small family. The push button ignition system seems robust and durable, with few customers having anything negative to report. Customers were very pleased that this unit works well even when used during rain and wind, and commented that setting up and dismantling the unit was extremely easy.

Most people were highly impressed with the cooking abilities of this grill, but some reported that the burners only light intermittently, and that it barely gets up to a reasonable cooking temperature.

A common reported problem seems to be with the regulator valves. A lot of customers have reported various regulator valve issues including parts coming off, propane blowing back into the unit, and rapid deterioration of parts. Other reported no problems at all with the regulator.

Overall, customers were thrilled with the Weber Q100, saying that it was ideal for a small family, very easy to set up and dismantle, and easy to clean. The cooking temperature seems to be just right for a unit of this size, and able to sear fish, chicken, and steaks due to the porcelain enameled cast iron grill-rack. The only trouble seems to be the regulator valves, which seem to be quite troublesome indeed.
